STAFF Chef Lawrence “Tripp” Yeargin has crafted our menu by drawing upon his exceptional experience across a wide range of culinary styles and techniques. His culinary career began right here in Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina, and has taken him to Santa Fe, New York City, Singapore, Switzerland and many many places in between, and now finally back home again. Tripp has avidly collected recipes throughout his professional career and his personal travels – and his passion is to share it all with you through our menu. Stewart Yeargin manages the restaurant and the administrative details. |
